Hatha Yoga (1hr 15min – 15€)
The practice of asanas (postures), designed to align and calm the body and the mind.
Yin Yoga (1hr – 15€)
Slow-paced practice, with poses that are held for a longer period of time (from 45 sec to 5 min). Apply moderate stretch to the connective tissues of the body-tendons, fasciae, ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and increasing flexibility.
Pranayama (45min – 15€)
The practice of breath control, via energizing and relaxing techniques, in a sitting position. Increase the flow of the O2 in the body, energize all the internal organs and calm the mind.
Yoga Nidra (45min – 15€)
Guided relaxation technique, while lying down with eyes closed, relaxing the body and the mind.
