A really unique museum is also located at the entrance of the cave of Alepotrypa. The Neolithic Museum of Diros hosts important archaeological findings of the excavations conducted by the archaeologist G. Papathanassopoulos. Among the Neolithic figurines, one can see game bones, pottery from mass burials, utensils and other objects of everyday life. There is also a female skeleton, which dates from 3200 BC and is exposed exactly as it was discovered.
