Gytheio
The beautiful seaside town which is amphitheatrically built is the largest city and capital of the municipality. The neoclassical mansions of the area are indicative of the glory of the past. There is also the islet of Kranai (Marathonisi), where we can find the lighthouse and the traditional tower of Tzanetakis Grigorakis, which today houses the Museum of Mani.
Areopolis
The administrative and commercial center of Mani is the picturesque Areopolis, with its historic port, Limeni, famous for its crystal waters. Impressive tower houses and picturesque corners in the cobbled alleys are offered for a special tour.
Itilo
Itilo is a beautiful village in Western Mani, which will take you back in time. With a beautiful view to the bay of Neos Itilos. Port of Itilo, Karavostasi, is a base for many excursion boats which are a great way to get to know the enchanting beaches of the area.
